Spanish Deco Bathroom--Window and Shower Door

View of the etched glass shower door, and over-the-tub window I designed for a completely rebuilt 1930s bathroom.  The etched glass shower door was a contemporary, heavy glass, frameless door, but it replaced an aluminum-framed, plain textured shower door, which had a cast aluminum scallop shell--flanked by scrolls--at its top.  I proposed an etched glass design which gave homage to the original cast aluminum shell/scroll feature, while adding narrow borders which echoed the engraved glass borders on the vintage mirrored medicine cabinet which was being preserved in the renovation.
